Since the Conservatives scrapped Labour’s proposed housing development targets, Marcus has been pressing Labour Councillors to set a fair development target and a fair Borough Plan.

The Labour Council has shown contempt to people across Nuneaton by ignoring their concerns over housing developments, planned without the necessary roads, school and GP places.

Marcus will continue to fight the Council over the Borough Plan. He is also fighting plans for disproportionate development at Daw Mill. He will continue to support Hartshill residents trying to mitigate disproportionate development.
